MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

and potential fees, will be detailed.
● Client Consultation: Regular consultations will be conducted to ensure alignment
with client expectations and project progression.
● Issue Resolution: Any concerns or issues raised by clients during the project will
be promptly addressed and resolved to the best of our ability.
● Mediation: In the event of disputes, both parties agree to seek mediation before
pursuing legal action.
● Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary
information shared during the service duration.
● Termination Clause: Conditions under which either party can terminate the
agreement will be clearly defined.
● Payment Schedule: A detailed payment schedule, including milestones and
amounts, will be provided.
● Limitation of Liability: Clarification on the extent of liability in case of unforeseen
circumstances or issues arising during product execution.
